Promoting Mental Wellbeing

ECLP Communities First Mental Well-being activities aim to provide tools and skills to help participants better manage health conditions and improve their sense of well-being.

They are tailored to different needs and confidence levels and  will take you as far as you want to go.

Sessions and courses are delivered locally in a friendly and welcoming environment, often leading to participants joining friendship and peer support groups.

The lengths of the courses vary, from short one day introductory (ie basic stress coping strategies) to 6 weeks self management Health and well-being courses.

Who’s it for?

People with low self esteem, poor health and low mood,  or simply looking to better manage their health and well-being.
